ALOETTE MAMAS

PART 2

I joined Aloette to be able to be home with my son.

Macey Granger Church is a rising Aloette star. Macey joined Aloette in February and quickly started tracking for success. She earned her kit for free and is working on growing her team. Scroll down to read more about Macey and her motivation.

When did you join Aloette? 2/9/2020

What made you want to join Aloette? I’ve used the products for 10 years and love them! Extra income and needing an outlet as a stay at home mom!

What was your biggest Aloette/LIFE achievement in 2019? Getting to quit work and come home with my son!

What are you working for in 2020? Building my team! Finding confidence in myself as a business owner and some financial freedom will most definitely be a plus!

What motivates you, or how do you keep yourself motivated. My son! Giving him an example to look up to from both his Dad and myself! Also letting him see that we BOTH are doing everything we can to give him the life he deserves!

What makes you feel confident? 1st from an aloette standpoint would be my own experience with aloette… I’ve seen major changes in my own skin and Because of that I’m able to share my own experience without the fear of “telling them wrong” about a product! And 2nd would be having a good show (especially when It takes a little extra push to get it there) overcoming a challenge kind of gives me that aka “sassy hair toss” moment

How do you rate success for yourself? From 2/9-3/1 I’ve already started building my team and in my own opinion… based on the expectations I had for myself in the beginning, on a scale of 1 to 10 I’d rate my first month as a consultant at least a 7 or 8 I could have done more but it was a successful first month that I’m happy with! Success within myself I’d give it a 10 because I’ve found the outlet I was seeking initially when I started this journey and  my expectations for myself and my team are continuously growing and I’m excited to see what the future brings for myself and my family!

ALOETTE MAMAS

PART 1

I had the pleasure of interviewing one of Aloette MS & AR Central’s NEWEST consultants, Kristen Johnson. Kristen is a stay at home mom of FOUR! Kristen has just completed her third home show and is setting Aloette goals!

When did you join Aloette? 2/22/2020 under my sister, Macey Church.

Why did you want to join Aloette? I wanted to better myself and to be a role model to my 4 kids.

What would you like to see happen in 2020? I would like to earn enough to upgrade our family vehicle to a brand new suburban to haul around my basketball team lol.

What would you say your greatest motivation to make Aloette work for you? My greatest motivation is my beautiful kids and my extremely hard working husband.

What makes you feel confident? Aloette makes me feel confident. It gives me the clear and smooth skin while the makeup gives me the flawless look to put my best face forward every day! Also, my amazing husband who has all the confidence in the world in me!

How do you rate personal success? I rate success by how happy I am and how happy my family is. If we are all happy, then I am the most successful person in the world!

More than makeup and face masks.

I was 27 years old and working in a doctor’s office when I discovered Aloette. How could I have ever imagined how much my life would change.  I was introduced to women who were not jealous of me or my abilities but who embraced them. I found a company that celebrated my successes and encouraged me through my deficiencies and I grew as a woman of confidence and influence. Over my 33 years in Aloette I was afforded the opportunity to live out my wildest dreams and highest goals. I traveled the world, made amazing friends and ultimately came to learn about and to love women from all walks of life.  At 58 years of age, my Aloette journey empowered me to launch out into an unknown territory, helping women coming out of the struggle and darkness of addiction and I opened a faith-based restoration home for women called The Harbor Home.  Many of the same skills that I learned as an Aloette leader are now used to empower women who find themselves in the deepest struggles of life.  I am so thankful that I still have my Aloette business to enjoy and that gives me the extra income I need to continue to enjoy some of the extras of life.

I joined Aloette in 1987 because I wanted a new sofa for my living room, to earn a free beauty kit and get a lifetime discount. What I received was so much more and will remain in me and will work through me until my last breath. Now at 62 years of age, I am so overjoyed to see young women who continue to embrace the Aloette experience and who continue to inspire, empower and encourage women to rise up and be the very best that God created them to be! Many people told me when I started that “it wouldn’t last…that these kinds of businesses never do”…33 years later Aloette is still going strong and still offers the best opportunity for women to work on their own terms, reaching to make their dreams come true. Aren’t I glad I didn’t listen to the naysayers but listed to my heart instead?
